Longevity Labs is built on trust. We take the privacy and security of your personal information—especially any health-related information—seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who can access it, and the choices you have.

• Apply to join the research collaborative as a medical or research professional.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, and responses to assessment or study-interest questions.

Sensitive health-related information.

Some forms may ask about cognitive self-description, diagnoses, or family health history. We treat this as sensitive information. It is stored securely, access is limited to authorized personnel, and it is never shared with advertising platforms or included in analytics URLs, event labels, or query strings.

• To deliver your assessment results and related educational content.
• To contact you about the Infinite Mind Healthy Brain Study as it develops.
• To evaluate potential study participation and research collaboration.
• To improve our assessments, content, and services.
• Where you have given consent, to send longevity education, updates, and offers.

Longevity Labs captures leads centrally and routes them manually. We do not automatically forward or send your lead data to any partner. When you click a partner referral link (such as the Infinite Mind referral link), you are leaving LongevityLabs.com and visiting a separate website with its own privacy practices.

We never pre-check marketing consent. Email and SMS marketing communications are separate, and you may opt in or out at any time. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any message.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Infinite Mind Healthy Brain Study is a proposed research initiative currently in development. Joining an interest list does not enroll you in a research study. Eligibility and participation will depend on the final research protocol, informed consent process, applicable ethical and IRB review, and enrollment criteria. Any research use of your information will follow the approved study protocol and your informed consent.

The LQ™ assessment is for educational and wellness purposes only. It does not measure biological age, diagnose disease, predict lifespan, or provide medical advice. Information on this site should not be interpreted as evidence that any product prevents, diagnoses, treats, or cures any medical condition. Individuals concerned about their health should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
